My parents are in their 80s and having difficulty handling their affairs. I live out of state. Fortunately I found the perfect agent for this sale on a recommendation from their neighbor. Mary Jane always responded quickly to my messages. She and Kirk gave great advice on how to show the house, how to clear the clutter. Kirk took some of our clutter to donations. Mary Jane adeptly resolved a nitpicky home inspector's findings. We got asking price and the closing went smoothly. Mary Jane and Kirk are very friendly and community-oriented. They are the best!

She was very kind, passionate & had my best interest at the forefront of the buying process. Even after we closed she was still working hard to make sure things that needed fixed by the seller was getting done. She also would check in to make sure everything was ok with us. She took my call whenever I called whether it was night, day or weekends. She even answered my call when she was on a family weekend away. She spoke to me as a person & not a commission. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me with my home buying needs. Not to mention the experience & knowledge she had of the field was more than helpful. I can not praise her enough!
