Kendall did a super job selling our lot. We had been trying to sell our property for ten years using several realtors. Only Kendall was proactive and resourceful enough to get a contract and sale. I highly recommend him.

Michelle Bachmann guided us for months in preparation for our visit. She explained everything in detail about the Villages lifestyle and properties. She helped us with every aspect of our purchase. Our first day there she showed us 15 houses in order to target the style of home we were looking for. It didn’t take long to find the perfect place. Whether it was scheduling viewings, negotiating the best deal or answering every one of our questions with patience and clarity. Michelle went above and beyond at every turn. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would recommend her without hesitation. We closed today 😃
