She had an excellent knowledge of the market-since our home really had no comps in our immediate area, she reached out farther into Belleair and came up with a selling price that we were hoping to get based on our research. And after only 2 days on the market, we had an offer! Her professionalism was top-notch, she always kept us in the loop as to what was going on and when we needed to be out of the house. She walked us thru every step of the closing and arranged everything. She always got back with us promptly if we had questions and was overall a very nice person to work with. Daniel and his team did an amazing job right from the start. They secured handymen, stagers and painters to get my house ready to sell and sold it the day it went on the market. Daniel was at the house with his team when the handyman came to make repairs, he was there when the designers staged the house and took care of everything so we didn't have to. It was a great relief and help since we were already moving into our new home. We didn't have to lift a finger except to meet and sign for the sale of the house.
