Tim Kizer is a positive, compassionate people person. He was almost born in the business as his grandfather owned real estate offices across Ohio. Coming to Florida and becoming a listing specialist for a Mega agent team was a natural move for him. He quickly discovered he wanted to work independently. He has successfully been selling real estate since 1997. Tim has had extensive training and education in the specialization of listing real estate. Honest and easy to work with

I was discussing with another agent who was reluctant to put townhome on market at appraisal price. Contacted Tim who through his market research felt comfortable with agreed to price which was slightly higher based off his research. Ended up selling near appraisal value in very tough market.
