Since I lived out of the state, Jan's job was made more challenging in identifying potential properties within my parameters that would be available at the times I was coming to the state. She succeeded wonderfully, and had appropriate properties available to show me each time I arrived in town. After I settled on the property of choice, I was still living out of state, so it fell to Jan to also squeeze in time to let in workmen and women to make necessary repairs or updates identified as needed by the inspection report. Jan did all this with a smile and "can-do" attitude, which made my transition and move much easier.
