Sue was simply amazing. She has great market knowledge and is a great communicator. She is efficient and navigates any obstacles with ease. To top it off she truly cares. Susan did a great job managing the sale through the inquiries of a renter, potential buyers, realtors,and an owner all during this process. She excellently managed all of the moving pieces and was able to take care of the big things as well as the small things leaving me, the owner, with very little to do. That’s the way it should be.

Susan was a pleasure to work with. She was always pleasant and never made us feel uncomfortable when we changed our minds about what we really wanted (which we did a few times). She was always on the ball and kept in constant contact throughout the process. When we ran into a last minute glitch with closing, she worked it out and made it happen.
