Sue was simply amazing. She has great market knowledge and is a great communicator. She is efficient and navigates any obstacles with ease. To top it off she truly cares. It was our first purchase in the state and Sue took the time to explain all the nuances of the transaction. She also set us up with a title company and with the HOA. Susan did a great job managing the sale through the inquiries of a renter, potential buyers, realtors,and an owner all during this process. She excellently managed all of the moving pieces and was able to take care of the big things as well as the small things leaving me, the owner, with very little to do. That’s the way it should be.
