Leeroy’s communication throughout the sales process was excellent. This started with a session to better understand what our goals, expectations, and needs were. Leeroy helped us develop realistic sales plan and kept us apprised throughout the process, sharing feedback from realtors who showed the property. We also received regular feedback and encouragement throughout the process. We felt the sales presentation and photos accurately represented the property. Overall, a very positive experience.

Javy was extremely responsive to what we needed every step of the way! His knowledge of the area was helpful since we are new to the area. Since we are a military family, we were using a VA loan. Javy is also a veteran and was extremely knowledgeable about VA loans and the needs of military families in the area. When we found our dream home, he knew precisely what our offer should be and how to present it. We got the house $30,000 under asking and the seller paid some towards ours closing costs! He recommended a great person to handle our mortgage and helped to make sure that we closed on the date we needed. He made sure everyone was working quickly towards our goal. Buying a home is stressful, but I’m so glad we had Javy to guide us through the process!
