She had an excellent knowledge of the market-since our home really had no comps in our immediate area, she reached out farther into Belleair and came up with a selling price that we were hoping to get based on our research. And after only 2 days on the market, we had an offer! Her professionalism was top-notch, she always kept us in the loop as to what was going on and when we needed to be out of the house.
