Mary has many years of experience in real estate. She really knows how to sell a house. She often communicated with us 2 or 3 times a day and always had helpful suggestions. We feel she did much more than most agents and highly recommend her services.

My wife and I are both very happy that we worked with Liz on the purchase of our new home. Given that we were new to the area, we hadn’t solidified exactly the area that we wanted to live. She handled the logistics with ease and was highly prepared during every step of the process. Liz’s communications was the best I have ever experienced in my 25+ years of buying and selling homes. I found that she tailored the ways she communicated to our style (we liked texting as a way of sharing info between the three of us). I would have to say that going with this agency what's the smartest decision I could have made . I had previously spoken with remax and several other local agents in my area and the advice I was given by them I'm sure was sound if I had wanted to invest money, wait and find the right buyer, which could have perhaps taken months but God forbid years. instead I chose Carl it's a different kind of agency they can market your property in a much broader area, he is an amazing person ,as an agent I could not have asked for anyone more professional, more considerate of my needs more willing to give his time without my even asking to get me an amazing deal ,almost 10,000 off on the property that I bought with the money that I got from the property he's sold for me at 2000 above what I was asking !!!!! I would rate this agency 6 stars ,heck let's give them 10 Stars. Thank You Team Gresen
