James gets it done! He was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. We were out of state buyers looking to find a home site unseen on a tight timeline. He visited multiple homes...did live facetime walk throughs...taking his time to make sure all our questions were answered. When we locked down an area, he was willing to knock on doors to see if he could find any interested sellers. The two houses we put an offer on, he was the first agent through the door...and with the house we bought, he got it locked down before anyone else could see it. He is responsive, patient and willing to do whatever it takes. When our movers showed up early, he met them at the house and made sure all the furniture was unloaded properly before we arrived...above and beyond in terms of making sure his clients are happy. You couldn't get a better agent!

James recently helped us sell my mom's house after she passed away. He was very compassionate, professional and helpful. Our family lives out-of-state and he helped us arrange a landscaping service to maintain the lawn during showings, scheduled a roofing company for repairs and sold my mom's house on a tight timeline. I would highly recommend James without any reservations.
