Don knows everything. That is pretty much all there is to it! He teaches real estate and is knowledgeable as to every facet of the industry and is able to pass his knowledge on to his clients to ensure they get what they are looking for. I was in Pennsylvania when I asked Joni to handle the sale of my condo and I remained up north throughout the process. Joni took over completely, finding craftsmen to resolve the few problems in the unit and even personally getting on her hands and knees to clean the floors. In the end, she found a company to sell the furniture remaining in the unit (I would have sold it as a furnished unit, but the buyers had their own furniture). She made the process effortless. And we closed $3,000 above asking!
