Stacy was an amazing realtor! She has a vast knowledge of all things real estate and the areas in which she sells in. She knows the market and is very good at explaining things to people like myself who did not have a lot of knowledge on the subject. She backs up all of her advise with examples and she is always available to explain or discuss anything you might need help with. I was in NY while the house was on the market and she was always able to go beyond expectations to help out in any way she could. She was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend her for any real estate needs that you have.

I interviewed Michael in October 2025 and decided to use him to list and sell my house. After spending several hours giving me tips and better ways to show my house we listed in November 2025. The first week we had several offers. I was out of the country for a month and michael handled everything for me and I mean EVERYTHING, From advertising with fantastic day and night pictures to walking each prospective buyer through the property explaining the house property and neighborhood. we accepted a full price offer and moved forward.
