Fantastic experience

I interviewed Michael in October 2025 and decided to use him to list and sell my house. After spending several hours giving me tips and better ways to show my house we listed in November 2025. The first week we had several offers. I was out of the country for a month and michael handled everything for me and I mean EVERYTHING, From advertising with fantastic day and night pictures to walking each prospective buyer through the property explaining the house property and neighborhood. we accepted a full price offer and moved forward. While we were out of town michael stood by for fhe inspection ordered and monitored repairs scheduled a closing giving us time to get back and move our furniture. There is not enough praise i can give michael. I have been involved in over a dozen buying and selling real estate transactions. None have went as smooth as this one.
