Tara provides excellent information, a weekly video that explains the current market and its changes, superb attention to detail, and friendly disposition. She is a hard worker and I was made to feel like I was her only client. She was always available and responsive to all of my requests. I worked with her in the height of the pandemic ((March-April) and was still able to buy a house and sell a house during that time within my budget. She went above and beyond to make this happen..She was very dedicated and encouraging..She ended up selling my house for my asking price in 2 months not 3, and she also got me my back pay that my ex owed me for maintaining the house...I was so grateful for her and her patience .
