She is very knowledgeable of the areas and did a great job of identifying what we wanted and to make sure the house meets OUR NEEDS! Dave is very knowledgeable on the area, the homes available and their floor plans, and things to look for and to look out for. He helped us find the perfect house for us offering insights and advice on neighborhoods, floor plan, traffic patterns, amenities, and businesses and shopping nearby. He also helped us estimate our budget for various improvements we wanted to make and was spot on with the costs. He provided names of contractors and even help to schedule the work. Dave helped us to negotiate a good price and gave us great advice on the inspection and repair process. Buying a home can be stressful and we were so happy to have a trusted partner to help us navigate the market and the buying process. There is nothing we wanted that we did not get from Dave Monty!
