Vicki handled the sale of our parent's home after our mother passed away. It was the home in which my sister, two brothers, and I grew up so it was a difficult, but necessary thing to do. VIcki handled the emotions of the situation with compassion and caring, but also kept us focused on the things we needed to do to prepare the home for sale. She did a terrific market analysis, made a well-supported case for the price she recommended, and helped us stage the home to increase it's appeal. She also handled all negotiations with the buyer. Tammy was great helping me get my house sold. It wasn't easy, the house had been a rental and there was a lot to do to get it ready. Tammy help guide us through what we needed to do repair wise, she helped get resources lined up for repairs. The house sold relatively quickly and that was because Tammy helped price it right. I also needed a new roof that would be paid at closing, Tammy handled most of that. She made it easy to go thru the process. We are selling our house we used as an antique shop downtown Inverness and am using Tammy for this one too. I highly recommend Tammy!!!
