Lou was an absolute pleasure to work with! My husband and I had a very tight timeline on the home purchase. We decided to buy a home in late April, while we needed to move in before the end of July. Luckily, we had Lou to make everything happen! From start to finish, she’s professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. The most important thing we’d like to point out - Lou took plenty of time to understand our needs and preferences, and she really put herself in our position to give us realistic and honest opinions (which is not always the case when you work with agents).
