Who has seen The Negotiator? I think i have but don't remember it because Chelsey Bender was not the star. Good thing she starred as my agent. Chelsey got me what I wanted at a High Value. From the beginning she said her strength is negotiating and wow did she deliver. I got a 3 br 2 bath at the price of a 2br 2 bath (even a better price than a lot of the 2 br 2 bath in the area). Furthermore, she was able to negotiate the price to what I wanted and they accepted. After the inspection, the dishwasher was not working and the place needed an overall cleaning. I asked for it to be cleaned and $400 for the dishwasher. This wasn't good enough for Chelsey-she got me a $1,500 credit instead. She also negotiated a $400 credit towards an appliance warranty program. Who is this person the mayor of value town? You won't go wrong with Chelsey unless you don't like saving money. Personality is great and she is a people person. She can read what you like and what you want quickly before i even did at the time. She kept calm when i screwed up not getting a document done on time and was still able to pull everything off at the closing bell. Thank you Chelsey!
