My first experience with Stephanie was anonymously through email as I was from out of state and looking at homes on the Internet. We immediately decided on a meeting date to look for homes in Venice. Stephanie showed me all types including condos and duplexes, further from town, closer to town, developed areas vs new construction which gave me a very good overview of the homes available and in the price range provided. I was so very excited when we found the “perfect” place for me. Stephanie was very valuable in assisting me through the sale transaction coordinating with numerous players in the sale.
