Excellent Realtor who knows the Treasure Coast of Florida

Jens showed my family around the sites of Port Saint Lucie area. We had never been here and fell in love with the area. The people are so nice. We went to different communities comparing HOAs versus non-HOAs. We looked at several new builds and he advised us on what to look locally in a home in Florida such as hurricane codes and flood plain. If we ever needed to purchase real estate property again, then we would use Jens Behrmann at Engel Voelkers.
