Jens showed my family around the sites of Port Saint Lucie area. We had never been here and fell in love with the area. The people are so nice. We went to different communities comparing HOAs versus non-HOAs. We looked at several new builds and he advised us on what to look locally in a home in Florida such as hurricane codes and flood plain. My husband and I have had several experiences with Kelly, also we referred our friends from up north, who had a wonderful relationship with Kelly in finding them a second home in Wellen Park, then finding a home for our elderly in-laws in Venice. A video was made that enabled buyers to experience our home at anytime convenient for them, which is important since so many buyers are from out of town. Once we chose something, she worked together with the builder to help us get all the things we needed. It was a 2 year process until we decided on a home in Florida. Kelly stuck with us through out those 2 years, showing us homes via video, we lived in Pennsylvania. We trusted what she told us and relied heavily on her opinions and input. She reminded us of the differences/concerns with purchasing a home in Florida versus Pennsylvania.
