We decided to list with Kelly Pankiw based upon her track record and a gut feeling that she would do whatever it took to sell our home quickly and at a fair price. She identified a buyer at our first open house and our home was under contract quickly but that doesn't begin to tell the story. 2 days after contract, our community was hit hard by hurricane Ian.
