We worked with Matt to find our Florida home in November 2022. He was prompt and attentive to our needs. We were fortunate to have found Matt when we started our search. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we traveled from Connecticut to look for homes in the Venice, FL area. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. During the Winter of 2021, we rented a cottage in Englewood. We fell in love with area, especially Venice. We happened to be looking at the homes listed at Gulf Realty window and met Matt. We weren't ready to commit at that time. We kept Matt informed of our plans to return in 2022. From that time on Matt kept us informed as to what the market was doing and how quickly houses were selling plus the costs. As soon as we came back down in Feb. Matt had homes for us to see! He was always optimistic and positive, and also very honest in advising us. He always said he would find the right home for us. And through it all, he succeeded. We are very happy with our new home. Not only did Matt help us find the perfect home, he also helped us get comfortable in the area, such as great restaurants, the beaches and general information about the area. From listing the property to the closing and beyond, Matt showed an exceptional grasp of the market and kept us informed every step of way. The extra effort he displayed from changing batteries on the remotes for the blinds to arranging a magnificent video and display to promote the property. I sincerely am thankful for his efforts.

This is a tough buyers market. Inventory is low and sales happen fast. In order to see, evaluate and bid on properties your agent has to really know what becomes available and be in constant contact. Matt knows the Gulf Shores market. He worked with us to help us clarify what we wanted, our budget, the locations we were interested in and the house features that were most important to us. Then, Matt notified us of only those properties that ticked the boxes so as not to waste our time and energy on properties we wouldn't want. When the right property became available we were ready, confident that we had a clear picture of what we wanted and that our house was "The One".
