Such an Easy Process

From the second Joe and I talked I knew he’s was the one to help me buy my first home. He was diligent in finding me my dream house with all my wants and within my budget. We met Dennis during a property visit while on a vacation 9 months before we planned to sell our house in Virginia and move to Palmer Ranch. Dennis patiently forwarded properties for sale that were close to what we wanted. When the time came to narrow the focus, Dennis provided remote tours and counsel on properties we were interested. Finally, when we selected the house we were interested in, Dennis was very engaged and helpful during the offer process and we were able to get the house of our dreams.
