Elena’s knowledge of the Sarasota and surrounding areas was unmatched , She knew all the answers to any question I presented to her , and was a huge help ,guiding me through the home buying process , always feeling more like a family member then realtor , one of the other many things that impressed me about her was, she was always available , be it for showings of homes , Emails or phone calls , A True professional , Thank you again Elena , Love the home and Florida lifestyle

I have had a number of real estate agents, including a very duplicitous one. Whereas most have been pleasant, they have not been outstanding or remarkable. I am not the sort of individual who brags about anyone who has provided a service for me...with one exception: Alison Stottlemyer is Outstanding!! I have referred her to several friends who have also been equally impressed with her & her abilities in selling their homes & with very good reasons. I have a partner who had never met her. He too now is not only equally impressed with her skills, dedication & attention to the most minute details, that he too is going to have her list his house. She is one in a million & no one who enlists Alison to sell or buy a home, will be very satisfied at how incredibly smooth she makes things flow & lowers the stress level by many, many degrees. And she's an incredible delight deal with, to boot!

Phillip made the entire process of selling our home both understandable and stress free. He was always available for any questions and provided guidance for filling out all documents. Highly recommend!!!

She took me to see many places and didn’t rest until she knew. I was happy and decided on the condo that I got. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy property in Sarasota, Florida, and surrounding areas.
