Dennis is a very knowledgable & proactive agent that works hard to achieve his client’s wishes. He had great suggestions & has detailed knowledge of the areas we were looking at. Once we communicated our preferences, he set out to find a large selection of homes to choose from & did a great job at that. He worked hard - from morning to night - to take us to the properties that had the greatest potential & ultimately helped us find the ideal place. He also gave great advice on the negotiations needed to close the purchase. On top of that, he has continued to an asset to us post-sale, to find reliable services in an area we are new to.
