From the first contact with Alex and well after the close on our dream home, Alex has been amazing. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to find what I was looking for in a home. I feel like he looked for the small things that would matter over time and provided a lot of insight on home buying in Florida. He was always polite and organized and guided me in each step of the home buying experience. I am so very appreciative of all the time he spent helping me to find the right home. From the minute she got out of her car, there was an instant bond between us. She was referred to us by a friend and we found out Melissa was from our hometown in Pasadena, MD which made it even more special. Nothing like a hometown girl! She was so friendly and helpful and even added homes to see on our short time in Florida. We were only there for 3 days and she made sure we saw every house we chose from top to bottom. She is very knowledgeable and knew the ins and outs of every home and if she didn’t have the answer she was on her phone getting it. She was impressive to us. My husband had to fly back down a second time and Melissa was right there for him and jammed packed houses for him to see. I was home recovering from surgery in Maryland but she FaceTimed me so I could see the houses and kept me in the loop. I cannot say enough about her and when we decided on our forever retirement home, Melissa went above and beyond to get the deal done for us. When you answer your texts at 11pm that’s a realtor who cares about her clients! She was very professional, courteous and above all really listened to what we wanted in our Florida home.
