Kathleen took the time to arrange numerous online video calls with us and was extremely helpful and patient when we needed further explanations. She explained how to price our property realistically and how to compare with other locations. She did far more than sell our property. She reassured us along the way and showed us what we needed to do in order to maximise its potential. She confidently dealt with any hiccups along the way and had a solution for every problem! She knew so many builders and contractors that when any additional assistance was required she knew exactly who to call. Kathleen has a lovely personality with warmth and loads of humour. Although our property has been sold and is gone, we have found a new friend in Kathleen and we will be forever grateful for all her support and help over what could otherwise have been a very stressful experience.
