Eric was extremely helpful when we were looking to relocate from the south Florida area to the central Florida area. We were not sure of an exact area we wanted to live in and Eric helped us to narrow that down as he is familiar with the area. He was quick with responses to the many questions we had and made us feel very comfortable with the process. We never felt that we were bothering him or imposing on him. From the first day I met Sean, I knew he was the right person to help me with my sale. When I would reach out with a question or advice, if he wasn't available at that time, he always returned my call or text with the answers I was looking for. He would explain everything in detail and how the selling a home process works. There were times I wasn't sure the home would sell for the asking price, Sean would say everything is going to work out. He's always positive. In the end he was able to get an offer I did not imagine would be possible. His 25+ years in the industry really paid off for me. If I had to do it again, Sean would be my go to person.
