Awesome selling experience with Teresa.

Teresa was referred from our prior agent from the same agency to help list our property in the Kissimmee/St Cloud area. Some of her skills stand out including timely communication, pricing and promoting strategy helped us find the right buyers with a timeline we can work with since we needed a longer closing time to accommodate our move. Overall we couldn’t be more happy with the result especially under the current market with a higher interest rate. If you’re looking to relocate to the greater Orlando area, you should definitely send her a quick inquiry!

Amazing experience working with Teresa

Teresa was recommended by our agent in Tampa and we are so grateful to be able to work with her for our house in Orlando. She is very organized and came prepared when we first met. The day she had the photographer came over she even helped tidy up the space to be picture perfect! She is very responsive via text or phone calls, we know when we need her she is there! I love how calm she is and handles everything so gracefully, that really eased us during the stressful process. Highly recommend Teresa!
