We wanted to buy a house in Florida and had no idea where to start. Bill was recommended by a friend and turned out to be the best decision we ever made. Bill was professional and on top of this. This was a highly competitive market and Bill helped us navigate a very complicated sale. He went over and over to visit the property when we couldn't get there for inspections and skillfully lead us into a contract that ended up securing the sale. I really don't think a normal Real Estate could have pulled this off. He is highly seasoned and we spoke to him almost daily, sometimes 3 times or more as he answered all our questioned and followed up on every potential problem that arose. I am still in awe of how he pulled this sale off. I wouldn't look any further. We never knew Bill before this sale but I was so impressed by his work that I wanted to write this review. I would jump at the chance to have him by my side if I ever purchase again in St Pete's or Pinellas County. He is exceptional at his job, and we have a very high standard. He is honest, calm, fair and just a very nice person. I highly recommend him when considering buying or selling your next home.

Tiffany is diligent, quick and responsive. In this real estate market she had the qualities that enabled us to buy our dream home in DTSP. This only happened because of Tiffany’s quickness and knowledge of the current market in Pinellas county! I have referred friends to her and will continue too. She is so easy to work with. She really listens to what you are looking for. Most importantly she delivers! Looking for an agent? Tiffany McAlister is hands down cream of the crop! Deborah K

Patty is very knowledgeable at her job, worked with us thru the entire process. Will recommend her to anyone looking to buy and sell.
