Patty Pereira was the BEST Realtor ever! I was looking for a house to buy back in December of 2021, with another Realtor- and didn’t have the best experience. I then got cold feet- and cancelled the purchase of the home and then a condo- since I didn’t know which one I wanted at the time- and I paid the escrow at that time and was refunded it. While working with Patty, the process of buying a home was seamless. She walked me through step-by-step and it was extremely refreshing. She’s more than a realtor, throughout the process, she has become a wonderful friend of mine. She even took time out of her personal life to come help me some small jobs at the house. Patty for the WIN! 10/10 experience, I would highly recommend her to anyone perching or sing a Home especially a first time buyer. She held my hand throughout the whole process and I needed that.

I don't know where to start about Mrs. Patty! She was recommended to us when we were extremely frustrated with the current housing market. We were coming into town in 2 days and didnt have a single house lined up to look at because they were disappearing so quickly! When we finally arrived in town, we spent 4 days looking at sooo many houses. Her quick turnaround times on offers and counter offers was fabulous. She always kept in mind what we were looking for and the price point we needed to stay within due to being a military family. She worked with us while we were in town, and when we went back to texas. The house we ultimately bought was because of her diligence and willingness to work with us from afar and our families in town! Her patience with me was immensely appreciated especially when things came down to the wire and the stress levels hit the roof. I would recommend Mrs. Patty to anyone and everyone here in the Pinellas County area! You won't find anyone else willing to go beyond the distance for her clients than she will!
