I contacted Carol on a Wednesday to list a property by the weekend. She responded quickly, toured the property Thursday, had photos taken Friday and listed by Saturday morning. She kept me informed of all interest and went over all offers with me and dealt with all the issues and questions quickly and professionally. I secured a great offer and closed in 2 weeks. She stayed with the process all the way thru closing. It was an enjoyable experience working with her.

Adam went above and beyond what could normally be expected. I live in a different city and Adam did the initial review of the property and took a video to allow me to have a remote walk through. He did the final walk through prior to the closing and expedited all of the paperwork. He returned all calls, emails and texts promptly and kept me in the loop. This was my third transaction with Adam and I will definitely let him assist me again when the time comes.
