Moving from Virginia to Florida Karen was recommended to us by our Son and Daughter-In-Law. Contacted Karen and let her know what we were looking for and she began sending us info and photos of home we might find interesting. We drove down, Karen met with us on a whirlwind 3-day span trip to help us find a home here near our kids. She found us the perfect house that met are list of needs and even the options too. Worked with us on the banking paperwork and the local purchase documents from beginning to end. Helped coordinate our home and termite inspections and appraisals; coordinated negotiations between the seller and us . Found a great lawyer to handle our closing too. All done on a super tight closing schedule. We've even adopted Karen as a family member! She is just amazing.
