As a home buyer, it's usually very emotional decision and Tatiana is a perfect "rational" advisor in that process that will help you make the right decision. She also has a network of colleagues who, if needed can be relied upon to work with you. I am self employed and finding funding that would not fall through at the last moment was a challenge in these crazy COVID times when banks are not sure about people like me.
