It's our second home we bought with Tatiana's help recently and the experience has been great as usual. She's super knowledgeable about the market, very patient in this crazy market. I think we must have toured 20+ homes . She knows what too look for in terms of structural issues, potential problem areas. As a home buyer, it's usually very emotional decision and Tatiana is a perfect "rational" advisor in that process that will help you make the right decision. She also has a network of colleagues who, if needed can be relied upon to work with you. I am self employed and finding funding that would not fall through at the last moment was a challenge in these crazy COVID times when banks are not sure about people like me.
