From the very start, my wife and I had no clue what we were doing as we were first-time homebuyers. Angela started talking us through the process months before we actually started our search and made the process much less frightening. She helped up prioritize things to look for in a house, helped point out issues we may not have thought of or noticed during walkthroughs, and encouraged us to take our time and find the right house. She was helpful through every step of the home buying process including tons of things that are outside her job scope, but she stepped up and did because she cares about her customers.
