Tara provides excellent information, a weekly video that explains the current market and its changes, superb attention to detail, and friendly disposition. She is a hard worker and I was made to feel like I was her only client. She was always available and responsive to all of my requests. I worked with her in the height of the pandemic ((March-April) and was still able to buy a house and sell a house during that time within my budget. Looking back, I feel fortunate to have had such a dedicated agent that made an impossible task look easy.

He’s no nonsense about highlighting where we may run into repairs and helped us multiple times from making huge mistakes on homes we were strongly considering. Again his breadth of knowledge covered our vast needs between a modest purchase to a multi million dollar purchase, always pointing out upcoming repairs and upgrades we should consider. My partner and I both have multiple times said to one another thank god Troy said this or that or found X,Y, and Z. He’s listened to our wants and needs and has made sure we are getting what we want and will be happy with our decisions saving us tons of money in the process. Always negotiating in our favor without hesitation and getting us better results than we imagined and under budget. In fact his integrity is so evident we’ve never felt like he was ‘selling’ us a property …he was consistently and patiently helping us ‘find’ our home. After my own experience years ago working as an assistant to a broker in charge and buying and selling my own properties with other realtors I can easily say Troy stands apart from the rest in experience, tact, dedication and tenacity.
