Kelly went way above and beyond in helping me get my house sold. She was incredibly knowledgeable, had loads of tips, and she provided guidance every step along the way while making it clear that the decisions were ultimately mine to make. She was also incredibly supportive but never pressured me and allowed me to go at the pace I was comfortable with. She was hard working, professional, and most of all, trustworthy. Working with Gail from BRG was such an amazing experience! She helped ease the tension from moving from New York to Florida. There were numerous times that we were not able to travel to Fl to visit the home in person, however, Gail made sure we were accommodated and went above and beyond to set up video calls and record many in depth videos about each property we may have had even the slightest interest in. She was always available to take our calls and answer any questions that came up through the process. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to research each home to be prepared for any and all questions we may have.
