Kelly went way above and beyond in helping me get my house sold. She was incredibly knowledgeable, had loads of tips, and she provided guidance every step along the way while making it clear that the decisions were ultimately mine to make. She was also incredibly supportive but never pressured me and allowed me to go at the pace I was comfortable with. She was hard working, professional, and most of all, trustworthy. I will definitely use Kelly again for any real estate needs I might have and I can't recommend her highly enough.

My situation was a bit unique in that I had a limited budget. Kelly took me to about 2 dozen homes, which included condos, townhouses and villas. I initially felt I was wasting Kelly's time but she made it very clear the time she spent with me was valuable. I was her client and she was always available to view homes when I asked. Kelly taught me how to read the listings so I didn't waste time looking at homes that were in flood zones, or places that had HOA fees which would adversely affect the bottom line. When we walked into a home, Kelly stood back and let me take everything in without interjecting her thoughts, until I asked. There were of course some situations Kelly remarked immediately when the situation was warranted. There was the home that had sustained obvious water damage that ruined the floor in the living room, or the outside structure of the home that showed years of water damage. Kelly always viewed the electrical panel, water heater, Air Conditioner, roof and other items a buyer might not think to consider. When we found my new home, we were both a bit awestruck at how beautiful and clean it was. Kelly was as excited as me. She said after you have experienced enough bad situations (and there were many), that one special place will appear. She never lost enthusiasm and said the right house would come along, it might just take some time and she gave me all the time I needed. I gained enormous knowledge about buying a house, but I am most grateful that I also gained an incredible friend in Kelly. Thank you...I love my HOUSE!
