Dan was able to assist me in making a life time goal come true. As a novice in the home buying experience, he stepped me though the process every step of the way. After experiencing disappointment due to a deal getting cancelled after 6 weeks, he didn't miss a beat and found another property within 24 hours which ended up becoming my new home. Buying a home in Florida while living in the Midwest required Dan to take on extra responsibilities since I couldn't be there, and he most willingly offered to fill that role. He placed the listing in the best platforms for maximum national coverage and also held a couple of "open houses". He never stopped until we were under contract. Joe was a big help to the buyer by giving him periodical access to the property, and assisting me through the closing process.

Chuck and Katie were absolutely wonderful to work with and went far beyond anything we could have expected from a real estate team. Our time to look at properties was often very limited. On one weekend, despite extremely heavy rain and wind, Chuck spent the day taking us to see six properties because he knew how much effort we had made to arrange the time and how limited it was. That really sums up the way Chuck and Katie treated us throughout the entire process. Their communication was exceptional—always responsive, patient and available. Their knowledge of the local and waterfront market was invaluable, and when it came time to make an offer and negotiate, they guided us with experience and good judgment while always respecting that the decisions were ours. What impressed us perhaps most is that their help didn't end at closing. Even now, they continue to look out for us and help take care of things at the house. Chuck has even come over personally to check on work being done and make sure things are going as they should. That level of care and commitment, long after the sale was completed, is truly exceptional and has meant a great deal to us. They also made our closing special with wonderful housewarming gifts, including a beautifully framed photograph of us at the property from the very first day we saw it—a thoughtful gesture we will always treasure.
