Persistence pays off

Dan was able to assist me in making a life time goal come true. As a novice in the home buying experience, he stepped me though the process every step of the way. After experiencing disappointment due to a deal getting cancelled after 6 weeks, he didn't miss a beat and found another property within 24 hours which ended up becoming my new home. Buying a home in Florida while living in the Midwest required Dan to take on extra responsibilities since I couldn't be there, and he most willingly offered to fill that role. I would without a doubt recommend Dan for the best home buying experience. I could not have done it without him.

Excellent!

Tania was always personal and professional.

Tania took the time to educate me on what helped things sell and why. She sold two homes for me and made both experiences effortless. Such a huge help, so glad we worked with Lily!

Lily was such a big help in being able to purchase my husband and I's first home. She worked with our schedule even if it meant looking at houses at 6pm after work or on the weekends. She had a relatively fast response time and was very transparent about everything. We asked a lot of questions and if she did not have an answer, she would find the answer promptly. She gave us all of the information that we needed and negotiated with sellers during the process to make putting in an offer easier. We would recommend Lily to friends and family for sure!
