I had a property that I felt would be hard to sell. I purchased it about a year and a half ago for $20,000. When I decided to sell I had it listed with a different agent/real estate company. He didn't show it once in 5 months. I relished it with Kendall and MB&A because MB&A helped us find a home so we could move to Florida. Kendall did a great job and had a lot of showings. She tried to keep me positive when I doubted it would sell. It took some time, but she got the job done. I had been offered $5,000 but Kendall got an offer of $16,000. She was very friendly and very professional regarding a personal situation that was going on behind the scenes. I would recommend Kendall and MB&A any day of the week. Two thumbs up!

Kendall was one of the greatest realtors i think I could have ever gotten! She works well with what you have going on and she really means well for you and wants the best but also takes into consideration of what you want and what you are looking for. I really couldn’t have gotten my new home if it wasn’t for her doing everything in her power to make it work and to help me secure my first ever home. I am so grateful I got her as my realtor and will be recommending her to anyone I know looking for a place to call home!!
