Persistence pays off

Dan was able to assist me in making a life time goal come true. As a novice in the home buying experience, he stepped me though the process every step of the way. After experiencing disappointment due to a deal getting cancelled after 6 weeks, he didn't miss a beat and found another property within 24 hours which ended up becoming my new home. Buying a home in Florida while living in the Midwest required Dan to take on extra responsibilities since I couldn't be there, and he most willingly offered to fill that role. I would without a doubt recommend Dan for the best home buying experience. I could not have done it without him.
