Aaron kept us regularly updated about properties coming on the market. I was particularly impressed with his presentation in a cover letter he composed outlining our requests of the sellar as we negotiated needed repairs and a new price point for our dream home. Aaron connected us with a knowledgeable inspector as well as local contractors for repair estimates that were essential to our contract negotiations. Karen has been my realtor for many years. She has helped me to both buy and sell homes/condominiums. She is very knowledgable and helpful. She goes beyond the duties of a realtor to help sell a home. She is extremely thorough and detail oriented. She taught me the value of the final walk through. I paid for a home inspection on a house I wanted and the air conditioner was working. Two weeks later as part of the final walk through we tested the AC which had stopped working in the interim. Not all realtors take the time to do that for their buyers with potentially disastrous results. She also has a great team of people who take gorgeous pictures of your property for listing as well as a mortgage broker who makes the closing easy as possible. I will definitely use the next time I buy or sell property.
