I was trying to sell my house by owner because I felt I had the experience and it was a sellers market. I had several realtors walk thru my house and try to convince me to list it with them. Catalina came to preview the house for potential buyers and never pressured me to list it with her. I was impressed with how she presented herself, the tips and suggestions. I even told her when she left, that if I were going to list my house it would be with her. In a week I decided that Catalina was the person to list it. Great choice she is a hard full time dedicated realtor that goes above her job and stays on top of everything. I have bought and sold many houses she is by far the best realtor I have had! I would give her an A+.

I’ve worked with my realtor on not one, but two condo purchases—and I’d do it again in a heartbeat (though hopefully not too soon, because moving boxes aren’t fun). He’s patient, has a good sense of humor while keeping things professional, is great at communicating, and he is ALWAYS on time. 10/10 recommend—easily the best realtor out there!

It is refreshing to know there are people like Ken in real estate. It was my first time to buy a home and I had questions and concerns about the whole process. Ken did not push and he was there to support and answer anything I needed to know. He gave great advice and at the end I was able to purchase the ideal home.
