Buying our first home felt like a big step, and honestly we were not sure what to expect, but working with Michael Valencia made the entire process feel much more manageable. Throughout the process, Michael stayed on top of everything and kept us in the loop. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel a lot smoother. We always felt like he had our best interests in mind and was genuinely looking out for us. On top of that, he is also a fellow retired Coast Guardsman, which made working with him even more meaningful for us.
