If you're looking for a real estate agent who is proactive, responsive, knowledgeable, hands-on, and truly invested in her clients, Teresa is it. We recently sold my parents' condo (5 month entire turnaround process), and from start to finish, she exceeded every expectation. She kept us informed every step of the way, responded quickly to questions, and made sure we always knew what was happening throughout the process. She was also incredibly patient answering every question or concern we had. She was very transparent and upfront about everything, which I very much appreciate because it kept us all on the same page and also, knowledge is power. Teresa was incredibly present and actively involved.
