Suzanne us on top of EVERYTHING. She is very meticulous and very detailed she is very responsive timely and organized we would not have been able to get through the selling of our house and purchasing a new house as easy and quickly as we did without the help and professionalism of Suzanne Knight.

I recently moved from a northern city to Fl. I had to sell my home of 21 years and find a suitable home in Fl during a time when inventory was sparse. Needless to say I was not concerned about selling my northern home, but was very concerned about buying a home in Fl and the timing of all. Annette as my Florida realtor was so helpful from the start. She helped me to develop an action plan, complete with time lines. She kept in constant communication as I worked through the steps. She even assisted in coordinating issues with my northern realtor. Most importantly she was able to find the perfect home for me, my family and our pets. Annette proved to be knowledgeable about all aspects of home buying and selling, from finding the home, connecting me with the perfect mortgage broker and all others involved in this process. I really cannot say enough about her honesty, professionalism, knowledge and skills. It is obvious that I would highly recommend her!!
